This is a trick for your situation:

service mysql stop
mv -f /var/lib/mysql/kloxo /var/lib/mysql/kloxoold
sh /script/upcp -y
service mysql stop
mv -f /var/lib/mysql/kloxo /var/lib/mysql/kloxonew
mv -f /var/lib/mysql/kloxoold /var/lib/mysql/kloxo
service mysql start

Before this commands, reduce or disable max_allowed_packet.

If not work, follow next steps:

mv -f /var/lib/mysql/kloxo /var/lib/mysql/kloxoold
mv -f /var/lib/mysql/kloxonew /var/lib/mysql/kloxo
service mysql start
and then:
- login to panel with admin for username and password
- click phpmyadmin
- go to kloxoold and then export
- go to kloxo and then import

After command ' service mysql stop'. SSH says mysql file /etc/my.cnf file could not found.

After command 'sh /script/upcp -y', it downloads and update all.

After command 'service mysql stop', it says mysql could not found. And also showing error for all commands and cannot start mysql.

And how to disable or reduce max_allowed_packet?

I think something wrong with your mysql/mariadb. Possible because too much increasing max_allowed_packet.

Ok, try 'sh /script/upcp -y' only. And then inform here 'sh /script/restart-mysql -y'.

After giving command 'sh /script/upcp -y', it downloads all and atlast it shows - Starting MySQL. ERROR!

After giving command 'sh /script/restart-mysql -y', it shows - ERROR! MySQL Server PID file could not be found! Starting MySQL. ERROR!

So, it's something wrong with your mariadb (replace for mysql) and possible related to database itself.

Find out problem with investigate /var/lib/mysql/*.log files.

I have 2 GB RAM in the server, 160 GB HD and CEntOS 6.6 64 bit, Kloxo-MR 7 is running.

I have configure -

post_max_size  - 500M
memory_limit  - 600M
upload_max_filesize - 400M
max_execution_time - 3000
max_allowed_packet - 100M

Is this the reason that Kloxo-mr panel crash?
