Suddenly Login Unsuccessful

I have change Apache Server Optimization from Default to High, in Webserver Configure through admin access. After that suddenly Kloxo-MR panel all user login has been disabled. Even admin user also disabled. It is showing error box - Login Unsuccessful. Static website is showing Kloxo-MR default page and drupal website showing error.

I have access SSH.

How can I find what is the problem?

Nothing related between apache and panel because using different webserver (apache versus 'special' hiawatha).

From ssh, try 'sh /script/restart-all -y'.

What's about when running 'sh /script/resetpassword master YOURKLOXOMRNEWPASSWORD'. Appear and error?.

You can reset kloxo password with above script (resetpassword). If found error, possible something wrong.

Command 'sh /script/resetpassword <master/slave> <password>' mean must select master or slave (for you is master) dan new password (example password is HiItisMyPassword123). So, full command is 'sh /script/resetpassword master HiItisMyPassword123'. And then you can login panel with this new password.

Something wrong with your kloxo database. Need a trick to fix this issue. May confusing for newbie.

Few days ago I have try to increase the mysql 'max_allowed_packet' size to 100 MB. Below two ways I have done that -

1) I have added 'max_allowed_packet = 100M' in /etc/my.cnf file. But  not successful.
2) Then I have added by login (by root) to phpmyadmin > Variables. And there I have change max_allowed_packet.

Also I have change the phpmyadmin password.

Is these the reason for kloxo database problem?

Do you have RAM > 4GB?. By default, max_allowed_packet is 1M. Increasing to 4M still accepted but increasing to 100M is bad decision.

Also change root password and database in panel. If change password in phpmyadmin it's make un-match.

Server has 2 GB RAM.

Yes I have change password in phpmyadmin. But password is same as kloxo admin.

Am I need to reinstall kloxo panel? How should I take backup of files, database and email from SSH?
