kloxo is compatible with light speed web server?
and if yes, how can i install kloxo with light speed?

I dropped support for openlitespeed webserver in Kloxo-MR 7.0. Maybe include in next version (aka 7.1; not release yet).

it will very good to have openlitespeed in kloxo as no other panel have it and very less people use    and lighttpd  you can drop this

No plan to drop lighttpd because historical reason (where Kloxo-MR is fork from Kloxo official).

Instead using openlitespeed, I have a plan to implementing lsapi (aka php interface to webserver like php-fpm; for apache, need mod_lsapi).
