Move to New VPS

Hello, I like my Kloxo-MR setup the way it is now. But I want to upgrade my VPS because I found a way better deal with more resources. Is it possible to move my entire setup to the new server?

What is the best way to go about doing this?

Backup data in old server, setup new server, restore data in new server, run 'sh /script/changednsip' if you have many domains.
