not able to install freshly .

hi  just started to install to a client ..iam getting error..

I am having the exact same problem. Tried to upgrade Kloxo-MR and it broke phpmyadmin and seems to have broken the whole Kloxo installation. Subsequently tried to downgrade and revert back and well i receive the same so im guessing either the repo is down or something has changed?
