How can I setup kloxo off to Kloxo mr

My root partition  was broken.

So I will reinstall OS.

But DB and web Conf is for Kloxo.

Let me know how to process to success.

OS install => Home mount => Db copy => Kloxo mr install?

Directory for web and mail is in /home but directory for mysql is in /var/lib/mysql.
