I had same issue not just once but twice in past two days, as I reimaged my VPS twice.
First time I tried lot of steps and don't know how I fixed it.
Second time, I tried, sh /script/fix-all; sh /script/restart-all -y; sh /script/cleanup; sh /script/restart-all; and then when I went back to "Switch Program for localhost" everything is blank! Then I setup Web - nginxproxy; DNS - djbdns and it starts working!
Solution is not guaranteed as I am a novice in this topic!
