Kloxo-MR's slave functionality

I'd like to know the following before setting up a slave.
Can a master sync the following to the slave:
- DNS templates and records
- web hosting plans
- client data

Also, can i use slave as the 3rd and 4th name servers, such as ns3 and ns4.mydomain.com?
