How to use PageSpeed

I have account on Google PageSpeed. When i add my domain Google said need to change DNS from host. So, now i want to know how to add google CNAME / A records.

As I know, google's pagespeed is module for apache or nginx.

For install, run 'yum install mod-pagespeed-stable' and for optimize/tweak you can edit '/etc/httpd/conf.d/pagespeed.conf'

Thanks, but im using Nginx and php5.3+ and my kloxo is Kloxo-MR 6.5.0.f-2014102601.

For nginx, need special nginx compile with pagespeed module.
