Sadly, I have no times to investigate Kloxo-MR 6.5 issues. My advice, update to 7.0.

Oh, more info for MratWork

i got error unable start qmail after doing a DKIM setup by this thread

DKIM/Domainkeys exists in latest qmail-toaster. So, you don't need any action except make sure 'enable domainkeys' already selected in 'server mail settings'.
