after downgrade to 6.5 all services are not working

i cant login to kloxo admin panel after downgrade to 6.5 how do i fix this

for info i downgrade using this command

yum replace kloxomr7 --replace-with=kloxomr; sh /script/upcp -y

i see i reinstalled the vps and used backup to restores all the sites
