Again, did you try using http and port 7778 instead https and port 7777 ?.

I have reinstalled centOS on my vps, reinstalled kloxo-mr, setup everything again.
But, the Problem still remains............

Please, I really need to store big files on my vps.......Help me  :'(

I am not sure but possible your RAM too low in context upload big file.

Try upload 100MB and see what's happen.
