I can't upload big files in my vps

I have a 512 mb vps, kloxo-mr installed on 32 bit cent os.

In my php config, I have raised max upload size to 256 mb.
I also increased max execution time to 3600, and so on.....

But whenever I am going to upload videos over 100 mb, I am getting 500 error.

any solution to this issue?

Beside from website, we can use ftp to upload files.

Ok, I have done it.
But whenever i am hitting upload button, getting error in my browser "Secure connection Failed" in firefox.
Even cant login now.

Try 'sh /script/restart-web -y' to make sure your webserver and php use latest configs.

For comparison, try upload file using KLoxo-MR panel. I want to know hiawatha (using by panel) can handle this situation.
