I solved this issue by you.

I just added sslverify=false to /etc/yum.conf from your post 'http://forum.mratwork.com/indonesia-users/error-%28errno-14%29-peer-cert-cannot-be-verified-or-peer-cert-invalid-saat-install/'

Have the exact same issue with yum after trying to perform an update your fix however did not work for me.
Anyone else?
