Kloxo-MR 7 slave setup

Hello,
I was looking the forums for a way to setup a second server for Kloxo MR 7, I have tried a clean install setup and then "sh /script/make-slave" and an error was returned during the conversion.  I still was able to add the server to main node, but second server kept asking for php.ini to be setup (clicking so would return an error).  Sorry that I dont have the errors on hand atm (ill get them soon), please let me know the official way to setup a slave server please.

here is the error at the end of the make-slave script:

after a second run through I am able to use all features so far, issue I am having is that I cannot change server password for slave.  It shows me the page to change it, I enter new password and click update and server responds with "remote authentication error" and then I cannot access slave anymore (have to force delete and then re add).

Just add server in master without running 'make-slave' in slave.
