In the administrator account you can leave without domain or must have at least one? I say for the proper functioning of the mail. For example I have the server name in reverse: sdomain.domain.com

Do I have to create obligatory domain.com in the ip of the server (admin account) or I can create a user account with his own ipfailover?

What ip server send emails? Always home-ip or domain-ip (if has ipfailover)

Qmail always use 'hostname' info for smtp. Don't care your multiple ips.
