you take my question in the wrong way What I mean what php.ini file that I have to edit cause  there are about 4 php.ini files !!
so to make the changes that I need how to edit the php.ini

Inform here your 'sh /script/sysinfo'. Any different config between 6.5.0.f and 6.5.1.b.

May be I still do not understand your question correct.

See under Script and Advanced PHP Config in kloxomr. See the values if you want to change. If you makes changes there, that will be stored in mysql datbase.

If and whenever you run the following, it will generate php.ini for all clients and domains:

sh /script/fix-all

See if thats what you are looking for.
