Try restart panel with 'sh /script/restart -y' or reboot.

BTW, Are you sure nothing wrong with IP?.

actually my dedicated server got two ipaddress
one ipaddress will be default i want to add second one for that it is asking ip address and password

iam typing root password and ipaddress given

it is showing error

You must right for entry 'device name', 'IP address', 'NetMask' and 'Gateway' (blank as the same as primary IP).

Try update Kloxo-MR 7.0 and then click 're-read' in 'admin > servers > localhost > IP address'. After that, try add IP address again.
