Title: How to put limit of outgoing emails per hour?

Hi, I want to put a limit of max 30 or 50 emails per hour.
How to do?
In server mail settongs I see "Max SMTP Instances" value 100 so this is a limit of max email per hour or wath?
I received a complaint that my server sends a large amount of outgoing emails and I was advised to put a limit on outgoing email per hour.
Please help me.

Limiting mail sending not implementing yet. Term 'Max SMTP Instances' related to how much smtp instance created in memory.

My one of server also sent 40k email per hour said by server provider.

Still no features for limiting. just ban or disable smtp.

If spammer send via sendmail (use mail() functions in php), better is ban for website.

Check via maillog in 'log manager' in panel or try 'cat /var/log/maillog|grep sendmail|grep "/home"'.
