You don't have to give any privileges to a user.
This is unlike those c-Panel in a shared host.

Go ahead with your database config, so far I have no problem in configuring my Wp-config.php.
Cheers!

Hi,
There must be option to give privilege to MySql user. In phpmyadmin I do not see that option as for example in XAMPP (Windows OS). It is the Kloxo User located on Kloxo-mr Shared Hosting, his Mysql User must to give all privilege.

Does anyone know how ?

Regards.

Hi,
Really! I didn't do anything about given privileges to user and I already installed more than 20 domains without any problem.

Maybe I don't know what you are trying to achieve.
Sorry for my ignorance.

Thanks for sharing

Phpmyadmin > click database > click privileges > select/add user > edit privileges > enable 'Grant'

Thank you for your response. I understand what needs to be made.
It must be enter in phpmyadmin but as the root user. This is done in a way to log on as "admin" on Kloxo-mr and then it goes to the option "phpmyadmin" and then I can give privileges other MySql users.

Regards.
