How to change webmail direction
« on: 2017-08-22, 21:13:41 »
Hi,

I'm interested in how to change webmail direction (domein).
I mean this: 'webmail.domein.com' for something else, for example 'mywebmail.domein.com'.

Thanks

It's not easy but use 'customize rule' for Kloxo-MR.

Can you tell me where it is on the server (CentOS 6) located folder 'webmail' I mean 'webmail.domein.com' ?

Where exactly is it located (path) ?

Configs file for domein.com in '/opt/configs/[apache|nginx|lighttpd|hiawatha]/conf/master/domein.com.conf'.

If want modified, copy to '/opt/configs/[apache|nginx|lighttpd|hiawatha]/conf/master' and then modified this copy domein.com.conf with change 'ServerAlias mail.domein.com' to ''ServerAlias mail.domein.com mywebmail.domein.com' (example for apache).

After that, run 'sh /script/fixweb; sh /script/restart-web'.

Note: don't forget to add 'A record' or 'CNAME record' for 'mywebmail' in 'dns settings' for domein.com.
