PHP not using UTF-8

Mustafa, why isn't PHP using UTF-8? How can we set it in Kloxo for all customers?

Currently, the default charset is not set. This is important.

Only Php 5.6.0+ set default_charset to utf-8.

Ok, but how do i tell Apache/Hiawatha and PHP to use UTF-8 as default, without loosing it on next Kloxo update?

I know where to change it for every servers, but it needs to survive Kloxo updates

As I know, hiawatha didn't have similar parameter like default_charset in php.

At this situation, better declare in php code for this purpose.
