Or you can use my-large.cnf or my-medium.cnf from /usr/share/mysql to replace /etc/my.cnf. If using my-large.cnf or my-medium.cnf, don't forget always add:

Better convert storage-engine first with 'sh /script/mysql-convert --engine=myisam'.

I updated the values as advices, now I get:

Variables to adjust:
    query_cache_limit (> 1M, or use smaller result sets)

If I increase the 1M value to 2M and test again it say "query_cache_limit (> 2M, or use smaller result sets)"
