Good afternoon. The system which is installed KloxoMR growing place . Kloxo writes employed of 27.91 GB 78.36 GB. And in fact, 55 GB of 78.36 GB. Where space is lost ?

Many possibilities are log files. Investigate in '/var/log'. Other possibility is mysql log file inside /var/lib/mysql.

For mysql logs, don't delete them but modified mysql configs to reduce/disable it.
