Get a new IP from your provider and change the ip of your server. Or add a second one to the same server and use the second one for your email server.
Also you need to change the PTR record of your email server. If you had mail.domain.com, then change it to mail2.domain.com, or whatever.
Only thereafter, you are almost out of this non-sense with the current IP.
Then you have to prepare for investing more time to do the same thing because the hacker is going to attack you, unless Mustafa wakes up and do something like making some additional scripts, to prevent such things happening. I, however, doubt that he will do, or can do. Currently I do not know if this problem is occurring from Kloxo-MR or due to some other scripts.
