nginxproxy don't work on wordpress if Permalinks is Custom

nginxproxy don't work on wordpress if Permalinks is Custom structure, example: /%year%/%month%/%postname%/

I even added  try_files $uri $uri/ /index.php?q=$uri&$args;  to /etc/nginx/conf.d/virtual.conf then I did nginx -s reload

now file looks like this:

But as long as permanlinks is custome structure /%year%/%month%/%postname%/  blog posts dont work. As soon as I switch to standard Permalinks everything is fine . Check error http://adresemail.com/2013/%month%/new-project-coming-next-month-its-called-freshfolio-see-what-is-this-whole-thing-all-about-2/

I tried with nginx alone as webserver with the same results.

Works, strange resolve..  I changed permalinks from /%year%/%month%/%postname%/     to  /%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%/     So what I did is to change month with monthnum and worked like a charm with default virtual.conf file.
