smtp -- not able to send emails from webmail

Hi,

I can receive emails but can't send emails from webmail. They stay in the mail queue except when I try to email back to myself on the same server them then they get delivered but any email address other than on my server they stay in the mail queue and dont get delivered.

Running v7 mr kloxo and centos 6.8 final.

any help would be good.
