How to install 'pthreads' PHP extension.

I need run multi-threading in PHP, and it need to install the pthreads extension.

What's the purpose to want php with pthreads?.

Need to run a php program to multy check websites status, the pthreads can run multi-threading in PHP, the program can quick run 100000 task with this extension.

By default, Kloxo-MR using php from IUS but no php-pecl-pthreads. Remi repo (also include in mratwork.repo include this module; ready for php 5.4-5.6 in CentOS 6). But no sure, it's compatible with IUS's php or not.

You might want to try to install pthreads from pecl.
Install pecl, php-devel and then try 'pecl install channel://pecl.php.net/pthreads'

Be cautious, as i haven't tested it.
