Spamdyke config for RBL

I see some RBL in /var/qmail/spamdyke/blacklist_rbl and others that i defined in Kloxo Spamdyke web interface in  /etc/spamdyke.conf.
What is  /var/qmail/spamdyke/blacklist_rbl  used for?

That is, it takes the RBL from  /etc/spamdyke.conf and puts into /var/qmail/spamdyke/blacklist_rbl?
But i see fewer entries in /var/qmail/spamdyke/blacklist_rbl?

Kloxo/Kloxo-MR reduce spamdyke.conf and move some param to other file (like blacklist).
