How does it work when second server is slower than the first main ?

No I am not MariaDB-Galera-server but MariaDB-server.

Better go to askmonty.org for MariaDB.

It seems we are unable to use Galera at this time since we use MariaDB 10.0.3 and Galeria is only 5.5.29.

Change to 5.5 with a trick:

1. run 'sh /script/mariadb-to-mysql'
2. Change content of kloxo-mr.repo where '/10.0/' to '/5.5'
3. run 'sh /script/mysql-to-mariadb
