dynamic dns with kloxo

hey i was wondering if its possible to use kloxo with dynamic dns?
i want  to host my security camera from my own domain
like noip.com but using my domain instead
and if its ossible a tutorial how to set it up

my ipcamera has this adress:
4 exampl
http://187.224.44.254:8000

and i want to access it from myipcam.mydomain.com without using the real ip adress

Add 'A record' for 'myipcam' to 'mydomain.com' dns settings.
