Kloxo-MR 7 already support to Php 7. Try using 'sh /script/phpm-all-install' and then select 'php70m' in 'php used' under 'webserver configure' (need select 'php-fpm_event' or 'php-fpm_worker' in php type if using apache or proxy).

Remember, php 7.0 only ready for CentOS 6.

I'm running centos 5.11. Is there anyway to run anything above php 5.5? Even just php 5.6?

Sadly, CentOS 5 only support until to php 5.5.

Also didn't support Apache 2.4.
