Finally i success to use kloxo mysql with perfect login.

But I can't convert kloxo conf to mr conf.

How can I convert them for php-fpm of mr.

What's you mean 'kloxo conf'?. Kloxo-MR automatically create web conf based on kloxo database.

Try 'sh /script/cleanup' or 'sh /script/fix-all; sh /script/restart-all -y'.
