How to setup cron job through Kloxo-Mr 7 ?

In 'admin > servers > localhost > Cron Tasks'.

How it is possible to run by them, who does not have access to admin ?

I am using drupal. Drupal has own cron. But its cron only run when any user visit the website. And so it slow down the website when cron run.

So, I am thinking that how to run cron on time basis?

Drupal gives me this command to run cron -

"To run cron from outside the site, go to http://ultraserver1.tk/HostingUltraso/docroot/cron.php?cron_key=f5xh-GcAKVpfSMRjMetwShMIM1FnYztI9Y8psBhBSEw"

I have added this command in Kloxo mr by simple method. Please check the attachment.

How do I confirm that cron has been run? I think cron is not running. Is my settings is correct or any more setup should I do?

Set 'wget -O - -q -t 1 http://ultraserver1.tk/HostingUltraso/docroot/cron.php?cron_key=f5xh-GcAKVpfSMRjMetwShMIM1FnYztI9Y8psBhBSEw' (without quote) for command.
