Critical bug inside /script/fix-mail-all

This crazy now I have just 1508 domains on Kloxo-MR and removing/adding new domain takes 32 seconds while it's about 3 seconds on normal Kloxo with 1741 domains !

I will copy the same database from Kloxo-MR to normal Kloxo and we will see if this is my problem or yours.

There are no usernames inside mailaccount table so checking 1800 accounts one by one is no the way to go.

Justed tested on the same Kloxo and vpopmail database taken from Kloxo-MR production server on Kloxo 6.1.12 and:

adding domain takes 3 seconds
removing domain takes 2 seconds

so IT'S NOT my fault, but very poor coding inside Kloxo-MR.

Adding domain - 53 seconds !!!
Removing domain - 54 seconds !!!

It's way too slow...
