Look like httpd think 'artysta74' client exist. Try delete also in database for this client.

This client exists both in database and inside users:

<Ifmodule mod_userdir.c> before each customer only admin got it !

Yes, but it's 6.5.1.a because this version only have init.conf inside 'defaults' dir. Current version have this issue and resolve this issue not upload yet until ATS packages version 4.0.1 ready to upload. The code for resolve already upload to dev and ready for ATS.

ATS (as trafficserver rpm) only for centos 6 from epel repo. I try to make latest ats for centos 5 and 6 but it's not so easy.
