Better modified 'dns template' and then use it for 'rebuild' domain dns setting.

The problem is you are using different ns (exists in different server). So, modified your dns setting in your server will not impact to your dns. You need modified dns setting in your ns server panel.

Change your 'ns record' in Kloxo-MR panel as slns1.namespro.ca and slns2.namespro.ca. and then make your domain panel the content as the same as dns setting in Kloxo-MR panel (including 'txt record' for domainkeys, spf and dmarc).
