Hi

I am getting this error any fix?

Connected to 65.55.33.135 but sender was rejected.
Remote host said: 550 SC-001 (COL004-MC6F35) Unfortunately, messages from 23.226.148.548 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

Yeah, contact Microsoft using the form they provide, your IP has been blacklisted, normally due to spam count.
