If you are still facing the problem.
First check if you have assigned relevant dns template to specified customer account. As creating dns template only is not enough. After making sure that dns template is assigned to customer check the domain's glue records for ns1 and ns2. After checking glue records and ns records on your registrar's website, check into dns report.
If you find any errors in intodns report then please post it here.
If there is no problem in your into dns records then try
sh /script/fix-all
sh /script/restart-all
