I did try this. But I cannot login to run mount command.
Also when I use command center in admin panel to run this command, system do not allow me for MOUNT.
mount: block device devpts is write-protected, mounting read-only
Thanks

Inform your MOUNT command.
-
run
mount devpts /dev/pts -t devpts
in command center in adminCP and response is:
mount: block device devpts is write-protected, mounting read-only

What's your VPS type?. OpenVZ, KVM, Xen or others.
Look like above command not work in OpenVZ.

Issue for OpenVZ is http://forum.openvz.org/index.php?t=msg&goto=14953&

Service provider tell me that this is becuase of CentOS v6 which will not usable in new version virtualization.
They want to install a new machine using CentOS 7 and I must move Kloxo to new machine without any access to putty.
How can I do this?
can I get a total backup from kloxo and restore there? I have more than 10 client account and many (50+) domain and subdomain.
Is any risk here?

You can use remote backup using ftp via Kloxo-MR panel.
