Can't Upload image after update to ver 7.x

After update to version 7.x. My site can't upload. I checked is don't find PHP extension "gd" in /usr/lib64/php/modules/. But i run 'repoquery -i perl-GD'

After run 'yum install php53u-gd'  and restart Apache is gp.so exist in /usr/lib64/php/modules/ but view link http://bachngocsach.com/forum/tesst.php is GP extension don't enable and my site can't upload image

After that, run 'sh /script/restart-web -y' (restart for web service where including php-fpm).
