Can't set mail settings

When I go to set the mail settings all I get is a blank page where the settings should be.  Followed the install instructions line by line after doing a fresh install of the OS.  Check Qmail and both green lights are on.  Not sure why I can't set and that edit the mail server settings.

I did run yum update as well and nothing was updated and nothing was.
