This is same problem I had. You must follow the following steps.
yum remove mysql* php* httpd*
vim /etc/yum.repos.d/mratwork.repo
Find under centalt the exclude mysql51* and change to mysql5*
yum clean all
yum reinstall kloxomr
sh /script/upcp
Will install perfectly now :)

Hi chrisf,
There are something 'special' in your VPS. A couple minutes ago, I try install Kloxo-MR 6.5.1.a in Centos 6 64bit.
No need to change mysql51* to mysql5*
-
I am not sure, but yes something is different. I have 5 vps through one company and all installl without problem. Installed on a new host, better hardware, and had to change that. so I agree.
But, the errors above were the same I had, so that's how I got it installed. Now all is working good. I just got 2 more servers from them, and same thing. So the image they use for Centos 6 64 bit is different, even though they say it is new release from vz.

It's maybe becuase using OpenVZ.

Yes, I think so. I think new image for centos. 6 64bit from openvz has some conflict. Easiest way to install without issue was change mysql5* :)
