Try 'yum reinstall httpd* mod_* -y'.
[root@amsterdam1 ~]# service httpd startenv: /etc/init.d/httpd: Permission denied
Try 'chmod 755 /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd; chkconfig httpd on; sh /script/restart-web'

Hmm, look like httpd not installed. Try 'yum install httpd httpd-tools mod_ssl mod_rpaf mod_ruid2 mod_suphp mod_fastcgi mod_fcgid -y'. If success, go to 'webserver config' and select 'php-fpm_event'.
