After Update it Mess up all my wordpress themes

I've just did an update today to Kloxo-MR 7.0.0.b-2016092502

I don't know what happened but my wordpress themes are all mess up. What is in this update that could messed up the wordpress theme?

Running 'sh /script/cleanup' after update?. What's about 'sh /script/restart-all'?.

Yep, I did all that but didn't work. What did work was I went into "Switch Program". I switch from my original nginxproxy to hiawatha to hiawathaproxy back and forward several times and back to nginxproxy until it works. Well... it's working now. I don't know why that is. Oh well...

So I've figured more details about this. Beside doing what I described able, there's also issues with ModPagespeed and the themes. ModPagespeed cause a lot of issues with plugins and apps.

So I disabled it and it works.
ModPagespeedDisallow "*domain.com/directory/*"

My question is what if you have more than one directories that you want to this disable? Do you just add another line like this?
ModPagespeedDisallow "*domain.com/directory/*"
ModPagespeedDisallow "*domain.com/directory2/*"
ModPagespeedDisallow "*domain.com/directory3/dir1/3*"

Or is there a better way of doing this that cleaner?

Try 'rm -rf /var/cache/mod_pagespeed/*' to remove pagespeed cache.

Is that to remove it completely or is it to clear cache?

Remove cache. Need restart-web.

Is it a good idea to remove pagespeed? Does it make a real big different? What is your opinions? I have been thinking about removing it but I don't know if it is wise. I have themes that are not working well with it. And a few other applications too.

Do you think it is worth removing pagespeed? Is there a better configuration for fast server load time?

No problem for disable pagespeed. It's only make missing pagespeed features.
