Disable account and ram using

Dear Kloxo community,
i have VPS, install CentOS release 6.8 (Final) with Kloxo Mr Single server 6.5.0f, i have a question
i'm disabled account but in Admin -> Server -> Processes still have 4 pid for this account and total Memory are: 287.44 x 4 = 1,149.76 Mb
     This ram still reserve for this account? it's normal or not? how can i release this ram (when i disable account in web interface)?

1. Disable just make not access normally (because 'redirect' to disable page). So, resource still usage
2. Different type between Kloxo-MR 6.5 and 7.0 for handle php-fpm pool. Kloxo-MR 6.5 using 'dynamic' pm and Kloxo-MR 7.0 using 'ondemand'. With 'dynamic', need 'minimum' php-fpm' threads exist. With 'ondemand', no need 'minimum' threads. It's make 'ondemand' little bit slow but less memory usage.

You can change 'dynamic' to 'ondemand' in Kloxo-MR 6.5. Follow this steps:
1. Copy /home/php-fpm/tpl/php53-fpm-pool.conf.tpl to custom.php53-fpm-pool.conf.tpl
2. Modified custom.php53-fpm-pool.conf.tpl with change 'pm = dynamic' to 'pm = ondemand'
3. Run 'sh /script/fixphp; sh /script/fixweb; sh /script/restart-web'.
