can't access database

hello mustafa
i have a problem when i try to access a database or generate password

i get this error
Alert: Could not connect to DB [Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)]

Use 'sh /script/reset-mysql-root-password' in ssh or go to 'admin > mysql reset password' in panel.
