Another possibility is mysql running with 'skip-innodb' but certain database table using innodb as storage-engine instead myisam/aria.

all my db does not support repair anymore because all table innodb hos tha the problem because now since a week no more backup possible

Yes, repair from mysql-optimize script not work for innodb. So, whatever storage-engine used, fix corrupt databases still needed. That it.
