All my websites stops responding after 5 to 6 mins after i reset vps, and again it stops this is happening after i updated php 5.4 plz help this is frustrating

I think it's more related to application itself rather then OS and or Kloxo-MR (including their web/php server).
So, investigate your application first.
Some application content hack code where explore php-cgi. Try disable cgi module in /etc/httpd/httpd.conf (if using apache 2.2) or /etc/httpd/conf.modules.d/01-cgi.conf.

Since last update my server is not working properly...
Kloxo Stops.. and Apache also Stops!
Last time, i add a new domain, after delete, and crash both...
I need to do a clean.
So, i think its related with Kloxo-MR and PHP update...

yes but how to fix this all the time kloxo has some or ther other error this is shit.

Again, it's something wrong with your applications. Because most users nothing problem with their websites. Only you have many troubles (according your postings).

And ya your kloxo has mail problum and slow and dead website problum all the way the thing is YOU ALSO DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT AND TROLLING ME FROM PAST 3 MONTHS.

Default value is design for 512MB RAM or less. It's possible not enough high traffic (think high request as high traffic also) websites. So, need increasing maxckient via 'apache optimize'.

Thanks for you answer apache optimize not working may i know hot to increase maxclient manually. vecause i cant find any option in http.conf.
