Hi,
From the last update (the one before this one today) I was getting popup window every time I login to KloxoMR admin panel saying:"ALERT: Update php.ini" (or something like that) and also I noticed that when I restart all services (run sh /script/restart-all) it also does this:

Why is this happening? I'm using php56u, not php54s.
